In the Gift Orders section, you can view and manage all customer orders that include Giftify options like notes or gift wrap.
This section lists all customer orders that include Giftify options.
- Order – Shopify order number.
- Date – When the order was placed.
- Customer – The customer’s name.
- Total – Total order value.
- Order Tag – Orders with Giftify are tagged giftify_order.
- Gift Note – Click Gift Message to view the customer’s personalized message.
Show Gift Message Details #
Click the Gift Message button in the Gift Orders list to view full gift details.
This window shows all information for a specific gift order:
- Order Info – Order number, customer name, and email.
- Recipient Info – Recipient name, email, and phone number.
- Schedule Method – Choose to send the message Now, Later, or On Delivery.
- Message Delivery Date – Date the message will be sent (if scheduled).
- Delivery Method – How the message will be delivered: Email or SMS.
- Gift Message – The personalized note written by the customer.
- Gift Wrapper – Selected wrapping option with image and price.
- Product Notes – Any notes added to individual products (if available).
Note: Use this view to check exactly how the gift will be delivered and ensure all details match the customer’s request
