In Settings, you can customize how the gift block appears, set product gift tags, and brand your emails.

In this section, you can manage and customize the email templates Giftify uses. The available options include:

  • Gift message notification
  • Order fulfillment notification
  • Order cancel notification

Each template can be edited to match your store’s branding and communication style.

Gift message notification #

Gift Email Template Settings – Gift Message Notification
This section lets you customize the email template sent with gift messages.

  • Header Banner Image: Upload a banner image (max size 2MB).
  • Email Body: Edit the message using placeholders like {{recipientName}}, {{senderName}}, and {{giftMessage}}. These fields automatically pull in dynamic data.
  • Email Footer: Add links such as your Facebook page URL.

Social Links: Add your store’s Facebook, X (Twitter), and Instagram page URLs to display in the footer.

Shop URL: Provide the link for the “Shop Now” button in the email; customers will be redirected here.

Email Subject: Enter the subject line that recipients will see (e.g., “You’ve Received a Special Gift!”).

Sender Email: Set the sender email address used for sending notifications (must be a valid email).

  • Preview: On the right, you can see a live preview of how the email will look to recipients, including the banner, message, gift items list, and shop button.

After completing all settings, click the Update button at the bottom right to save your changes.

Note: Use the same steps to set up the Order Fulfillment Notification and Order Cancel Notification templates.

Save Changes

To save all your changes, click the Save button at the top right.
