In the Messages section, you can view, edit, and manage all customer gift messages sent through Giftify.
This section shows all customer gift messages created with Giftify.
- Order – Shopify order number.
- Customer – The buyer who placed the order.
- Recipient – The person receiving the gift.
- Delivery Method – How the message was sent (Email or SMS).
- Delivery Date – When the message was scheduled or delivered.
- Schedule Method – Options include Send Now, Send Later, or On Delivery.
- Delivery Status – Shows if the message has been successfully delivered.
- Action – View and Update or take further actions on each message.
Note: Use this list to monitor delivery status, confirm messages were sent, and manage scheduled or pending gift notes.
Messages – Create
In the Messages section, you can create a new gift message. Click the Create button to set up a message that will be attached to a customer’s gift order.
Create Message #
This form allows you to manually create and schedule a customer’s gift message.
- Search Order – Enter the order number and click Search to link the message to an existing order.
- From / To – Add the sender’s and recipient’s names.
- Message – Write the personal gift message.
- Email / Mobile – Enter recipient’s contact details (email or phone, depending on delivery method).
- Schedule Options – Choose when the message should be delivered:
- Send Now → Sends immediately.
- Send Later → Pick a future delivery date/time.
- On Delivery → Send when the order is delivered.
- Send Now → Sends immediately.
- Create – Once all details are filled in, click Create to save and send/schedule the message.
Note: This feature is useful if you want to test Giftify messaging or help a customer manually by creating their gift message inside the app.
