How to configure the app after installation?

After installing the app, you’ll need to configure it. Navigate to the Help page within the app. There, you’ll find a video detailing the configuration process. Additionally, you’ll find a contact email on that page. You can reach out to our support team via email for assistance. Alternatively, you can also use the “Contact Us” button and submit the form with the required information. Our support team will get back to you promptly.

How to remove the app blocks after uninstalling the app?

After uninstalling the app, app blocks will be removed automatically. You can also remove app blocks from the theme customizer without uninstalling the app like the screenshot given below:

  1. Click the delete icon.
  2. Hit the save button.

Note: It will only remove the gift block which is on the product page. Remove the block on the cart page navigate to the cart page in the theme customizer and repeat the same process.

How to activate gift wrap on the product page and the cart page?

Go to the app dashboard. You will see Active App Block section. There is two buttons for active app block on the product page and cart page.

  1. To active gift block on the product page click the enable button. It will take you to the theme customizer and automatically gift block will add on the product page like below screenshot.
  1. After clicking the second enable button it will take also theme customizer on the cart page and automatically will activate gift block on the cart page. Gift will be visible on the cart page like below screenshot

Can we configure the gift wrap for specific products?

  1. Go to the settings page.
  2. Select the Specific Product option from the Show for Specific Product section.
  3. Click the Browse Products button to see all the products.
  1. Select the product that have the gift wrap.
  2. Click the App Product button to add the product list in the update queue.
  3. Click the save button 

Note: By selecting specific product the gift block will show only with those specific products. Again if you want to add gift wrap with all products just select the All Product option and hit the save button.

Where I can see the all gift orders only of my store?

  1. Go to the Gift Orders page, all gift orders will be available on that page.

Where i can see the Gift Note when customers are added to the order?

  1. Click the Gift Note button

After clicking the Gift Note button, you can see the gift note for a specific order. Also, you can see the gift note for each item in that order.

Can I search gift orders by customer name?

Yes, from the Gift Order page, you can search gift order by customer name.

Can I sort gift orders by customer name, date, and order ID?

From the Gift Orders page you can sort gift orders ascending and descending order by the order’s Customer Name, Order Id, Date, and Order Total price.
